Our servers price every order from the pickup and drop-off distance and the machine you choose. The rider cannot change it. You see the full amount before you confirm.
Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) through Paystack, or cash on delivery. Errand purchases are settled against the receipt.
A four-digit code the receiver shares with the rider at handover. The order is only marked delivered once the code is entered, which protects both sender and receiver.
Independent riders who passed identity verification with their Ghana Card, driver's licence, insurance and a live selfie. Every rider is approved by BTS staff before their first job.
